The ICC Rinks Competition, has been running since September 2015, and is based around Counties choosing 4 Rinks (Four Players per Rink) to compete against other Counties in a qualification round, at either Premier or A team level, with a view to qualifing for the Rinks Final Days. the individual rinks scores make up the overall team score, making the competition very much a 'Team' Game.
The ESMBA hosts an annual National Championship, which see's competitors from all over England, vying to win a National Title, across 7 events across the 4 Disciplines. Competitors must qualify through County Heats to be eligible for the National Championships.
winners of the 4 main disciplines are eligible for a place in Englands British Isles Team
Singles, Pairs, Triples, Fours, Under 18's Singles, Mixed Fours and new to 2017/18 is the National Over 55 Pairs.
The ESMBA Open Competitions are open to entry from any ESMBA Registered Member. with 4 Competitions to choose from. The Pairs, Triples and Fours, are able to be made up of a combination of registered players from any ESMBA County.
2019/20 Winners are offered a place representing England at the World Championships in Belgium in March 2020.
The TLH Leisure Resort in Torquay support and host the Annual TLH Top Club Championship, between the leading clubs in England. with Clubs competing with one another in the 4 disciplines over 2 days, at the TLH's own Indoor Bowling Complex. Qualification is through the ESMBA Summer Club Championship or through qualifiers usually held in January.
