The ESMBA Coaching Scheme has now been running since July 2008 providing a Level 1 (Foundation) course. Based on its success and the level of general enquiries received the ESMBA plan to develop the following modules;

Level Two Course
Minimum one year Level One Coach with 20 hours coaching experience or Level One six months with 40 hours coaching experience (since date of qualification).

Coaching Courses
Level One course's will be run at various times during the year (See dates below). The ESMBA will try to minimise travel by holding regional courses but this will be dependent on the number of applicants. If you are interested in the ESMBA Coaching courses please download an application form and return the completed form to;

For practical purposes a minimum of six people is required to run a course up to a maximum of 12 people
ESMBA Level One courses are still running at the promotional rate of £20 per person for ESMBA registered members, and £50 per person for non members.

Due to lack of numbers for any one area it may be necessary to run the next level one course centrally to those counties requiring the Level One course.
Details will be given soon of the next round of Level One Dates.
Level 2 Anyone wishing to further their coaching skills to level 2 must first complete an exam on the rules of the game or already be an Offical ESMBA Registered Umpire if you would get to the next level please contact the Coaching Director
